4 lbs - ground beef – 85% lean
½ cup - Italian bread crumbs
½ cup - Teriyaki sauce
3 teas – ground Allspice
2 teas - ground cinnamon
¾ teas – ground pepper
1 bunch – parsley, finely chopped
1 – large onion, finely chopped
4 – cloves garlic, finely chopped
1 Tbs – seasoned salt
4 – eggs
Recipe
Combine all ingredients well by kneading.
Form kofta around metal skewer to desired size.
Cook over grill, BBQ or oven at 450 degrees until brown.
